mtFrame Support

Supported formats

mtFrame imports JPEG, PNG and HEIF/HEIC photos from your Photos library or Files, and exports JPEG.

Some cameras produce RAW or DNG files. mtFrame may attempt to open them depending on your iPhone, but RAW/DNG support is not guaranteed. If a photo cannot be imported, try exporting a JPEG/PNG copy first.

Restore Purchases

1. Open mtFrame and tap the Settings (gear) icon at the top right.
2. Tap Remove Ads.
3. Tap Restore Purchases and sign in with the same Apple Account you purchased with.

Report an ad

1. If you see an ad you think is inappropriate, note the advertiser name shown on the banner.
2. Email support@mtdd.io with the advertiser name and a short description.

You never need to send photos, EXIF data, or device logs to report an ad.
