mtFrame Privacy Policy
Effective date: 2026-08-18
mtFrame is published by MT Design and Dynamics LLC. This policy explains how mtFrame handles information.
1. Your photos stay on your device
- Photos, thumbnails, camera metadata (EXIF), imported logos, and your edit recipes are processed locally on your iPhone.
- mtFrame does not upload photos, thumbnails, EXIF data, logos, or edit recipes to any server. We have no cloud storage and no account system.
- Exported JPEGs are saved by you to your Photos library or shared by you; mtFrame does not see them.
2. Advertising and consent
- If you have not purchased Remove Ads, mtFrame may show banner ads on the Import and Export screens only.
- Ads are provided by Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Google and its ad partners may collect and process data such as coarse location (estimated from IP address), device identifiers (including the advertising identifier where permitted), advertising data, product interaction, crash data, performance data, and other diagnostic data โ for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention purposes.
- Where required, Google's consent platform (UMP) is shown first, and the iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt may be requested. You can decline tracking; declining does not restrict any mtFrame feature.
- You can update your consent choices any time from in-app Settings > Remove Ads > Privacy Options โ this entry is shown only in Europe and the United States (where applicable) and is not available in other regions. You can also reset your iOS tracking permission in the iOS Settings app under Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- Google's own privacy practices are described at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
3. What mtFrame itself does not collect
- mtFrame's own software has no analytics, no tracking of your photos, and no server-side storage of your content.
- Crash logs, if you choose to share them through Apple, are handled by Apple's standard services.
4. Data retention and deletion
- Your photo project is temporary: it exists only while the app runs and is discarded when the app is fully closed.
- Data processed by Google's ad systems is retained according to Google's policies.
5. Children
mtFrame is not directed to children. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
6. Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
